- Very decadent and rich - definitely a 'sometimes' thing (or an 'always' thing, honestly you can do whatever you want because you're a grown-up)

Shortbread Base
1.5 cups almond meal
2 tablespoons honey
1.5 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon SCD-safe vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
-Preheat oven to 190C/375F
-Line the bottom of an 8x8 inch baking dish with baking paper
-Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
-Press firmly and evenly into the bottom of the baking pan

-Bake for 12 minutes
Nut Butter Ganache
1 cup nut butter (they're all good!)
1/2 cup /100g butter
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon SCD-safe vanilla
1/2 cup /100g butter
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon SCD-safe vanilla
-While your base cools, melt all ingredients together in a saucepan over medium heat
-When it's all melted and smooth, pour over base
-Sprinkle sea salt on top then stick the pan in the fridge to chill for at least an hour and a half
-Cut into pieces and hand them out to people you like
