Healthy 'White Chocolate' Candy with Cashew Butter and Cocoa Butter (SCD, Paleo, Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free)



  • Creamy and decadent - just like real white chocolate!
  • Use any container if you don't have silicone candy moulds
  • Makes app. 12 candies

2 tablespoons cashew butter
2 tablespoons melted food grade cocoa butter (you can find it at some health food stores or order online)
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional - put it in if you like the combo of salty/sweet)
2 tablespoons crumbed walnuts

-Melt cocoa butter in the microwave
-Combine all ingredients except crumbed nuts in the bowl of a stand mixer or a mixing bowl
-Combine on high with the stand mixer or beat with an electric hand mixer until smooth and creamy
-Stir in crumbed nuts
-Pour into silicone moulds or pour into a small square container lined with wax paper
-Allow to set for one hour, then remove from mould or lift out of small container and cut into squares
