- Great for SCD Applesauce Muffins
- Makes one cup of applesauce
4 sweet apples (Pink Lady, Fuji, etc.)
3/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon cinammon
-Peel and core apples and cut them into eighths
-Bring water to the boil in a small pot
-Add apples and cinnamon to pot
-Put the lid on, turn the heat down to medium-low and allow them to simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the apples are soft
-Pour it all into a food processor and puree
